I love this photo. There is almost an absurd quality about it: The stairs leading into heaven with binoculars to look further into the kingdom of god – and then the cat watching over the staircase. To add depth there is even a scripture over heavens gate, not of this world, but reminding me of the scripture Virgil encountered when he ventured into the hell. This picture is wonderfully captured and beautifully processed.
